Charles J. Peters Managing Partner
After selling his technology firm in 1999 Peters stayed with the acquiring company until they filed Bankruptcy in 2003. Peters was subsequently hired by the bankruptcy estate to assist with the preservation of the value of the asset. In late 2005 Peters acquired many of the assets of Signature Management - a property management firm in Erie, PA and was awarded contracts to manage Lovell Place in Erie, PA and Century Centre in Buffalo NY. Peters earned his BA from Gannon University. Peters partnered with Tom Kennedy in 2007. The partnership ran Altair Realty, Prudential CRES and Prudential Advantage Realty. In the fall of 2009, Mr. Kennedy and Peters opted to end their long-term relationship with Prudential believing strongly that building the Altair brand would be the more efficient way to grow their company.
Tom Kennedy Partner / Broker - NY & Broker - PA
Mr. Kennedy attended the State University of New York Maritime College where he earned a Bachelor of Engineering Degree, and Commissions as a licensed officer in both the Merchant Marine and Naval Reserves. While working for G.E., Mr. Kennedy developed an increased interest in business, and in 1991 he received a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Penn State University.
Since leaving GE in 1992, Kennedy has grown Professional Development Associates, Inc. into a prominent Business and Real Estate Development company. His Businesses also include the Prudential Real Estate franchises, Palace Business Centres, and Alliance Builders. Real Estate developments include Renaissance and Palace Centres, Rosedale Meadows, Lakeside Heights, Manchester Village, Parkside Commons,Brookside Homesand others.
Brenda Ball Controller
Ball has 15 years accounting experience, including 6 years in the property management field. Ball has worked in all aspects of accounting including, but not limited to, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial statement preparation, general ledger analysis, bank reconciliations, collections, management reporting, personnel and payroll. Brenda has significant bankruptcy reporting experience. Ball is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Eduard Petrov Facilities Manager
Eduard has significant experience with facilities management. His career began in the residential real estate arena while living in Seattle. Eduard manages a staff of nearly 15 facilities employees with expertise in nearly all aspects of building maintenance and janitorial services.
Sue Busse Director of Sales and Marketing
Sue is a licensed Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Broker as well as a CPA.
Deanna Rosenthal Property Manager
Rosenthal has worked in property management and leasing for over six years. She has been responsible for several different properties including Lovell Place, Century Centre, Modern Tool Square and Landmark Square. Farabaugh has been with Altair since its inception November 2005. Her duties include training, residential leasing, tenant relations and property management. Rosenthal holds a marketing degree from the Erie Business Center and holds a PA Real Estate Sales License.
